I wish we could say that the Pumpkin Patch visit was as delightful as the pictures make it look. It wasn't... but we went... Mom took pictures (which is what she wanted), Alex and Emma got pumpkins (which is what they wanted), Dad got a burr in his finger (which is NOT what he wanted) and Max just wanted to be home taking a nap. SIGH! Why do I try to do fun things together as a family? So my kids will be able to look back at pictures like these and think they had a fabulous childhood and that their mother really tried!
