AAAHHH! Between grocery shopping and cooking 2 weeks worth of food... I'm tired. It was so nice this week to not 'worry' about dinner or which drive through to hit on the way home. I pulled the food out of the freezer before I left for school and popped it in the oven when I returned home for the night. WA-LA! Next week (and the week of the 20th) we will have Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Chicken Enchiladas, Waffles, Chicken/Stuffing Cass, leftovers and Chicken on the BBQ... that's alot of chicken. Everyone got to choose their 1 meal for the week. Within 3 hours, it was cooked, bagged, placed in the freezer. Have I mentioned how much I love the girls at work and their brillant ideas? Their newest thing is using coupons to purchase their food for the month. They say that Pinching Their Pennies.com is a great source... ladies one step at a time, PleAse!

Lory,
I do Coupon sense down here. (Well, I pretend to do it -I'm not real disciplined) but I always save at least $20 in coupons alone when I go grocery shopping! Ad that on top of the sales and I save way more! How fun to have friends teaching you this fun stuff. I have thought about doing that freezer meal thing. But then Lane would ask me what I did home all day? I'd have to fess up that I'm really rarely home in the day! :)
